Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with a receipt. All returns are for store credit only. Store credit may be provided via a Foursided Gift Card. We do not offer cash, credit, or original tender returns. Sale items, antique and vintage items, and jewelry may not be refunded. 

If an item is damaged in shipping, we will request documentation of the damaged item and will provide a replacement thereafter. Please email customerservice@foursided.com about any issues you may have with your order. We will do out best to make it right!

Please inspect all merchandise within 30 days, as we are unable to accept any returns or damage claims beyond this time. All returned items must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return shipment is to replace a damaged item. You will be provided with a label for damaged returns.

Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE: Items for "In Store Pick-Up" will be returned to stock after 90 days and your payment will be refunded.
