We’ve used Foursided before and they do an excellent job with custom framing jobs, but this time the staff went so above and beyond I felt compelled to leave a review.
I wanted to frame a poem my 4 year old wrote at school, and for reasons that only make sense to a toddler, he was absolutely horrified that I was going to frame it and was so upset that my husband had to carry him out of the store to let me finish selecting the frame and design.
When I went to pick up the order, the staff had remembered how upset he was to have his artwork taken away that they had made a separate photocopy for him to hang onto outside of the frame.
I don’t know why I didn’t think of this myself, but I’m so grateful for the thoughtfulness of the staff- my son was thrilled when I gave it to him and showed him that we could have it both ways. Thank you for the unparalleled customer service, Foursided!

We've had several pieces framed by Foursided (both locations) and have always been really happy with the results.
Recently, we also ordered several prints online that we planned to just frame in standard frames, but they arrived just slightly larger than the stated size and wouldn't fit.
I reached out to Foursided and they offered to trim all the prints down to the right size at no cost, even though we weren't getting them framed.
I'm so appreciative of their help, and especially of Carla, who helped with this process!
We'll definitely continue to use Foursided for future framing needs.
